Dr. Annette Creedon
Annette has been Business Manager of the Food Business Initiative since it conception in 2002. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the initiative and is the first point of contact for food and other businesses using the services of the Food Business Initiative. Prior to this she was Senior Lecturer in Food Science at Harper Adams University College (200-2002) having completed postdoctoral research in the Nutritional Sciences Department of University College Cork, Ireland.

Ralph is Senior Lecturer in Food Science and Moral Philosophy in Harper Adams University College (since 1996) and is Director of the Food Business Initiative. Prior to working in academia he held various positions in the food industry, including working as an independent consultant in the fields of quality assurance and food safety management for various food companies.
