The FBI offers a range of professional training courses designed to meet the needs of food businesses operating in today's competitive, yet highly regulated marketplace.
Courses in both Food Hygiene Management and Food Safety Management (HACCP) are delivered either as open courses according to the FBI's course calendar, or as privately contracted in-house courses orientated to the needs of specific businesses.
Courses in Food Quality Management, Financial & Accounting Management, Environmental Management, Marketing, Marketing Research, Retailing, Employment Law, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and E-commerce are offered as bespoke products or through the teaching programmes of Harper Adams University College.
